LSG-7000 Laser Scanning Flat Wire Measurement and Control System

LSG-7000 laser scanning flat line measurement and control system is specially tailored for online outer diameter and lump measurement of enamelled flat wires, flat belts, etc. Laser sensor is adopted for real-time monitoring of changes in product outer diameter and the number and height of particles (lumps). The measured data can be transmitted to the PC through the RS485 interface and the measurement data can be recorded and displayed with the software.
